Sustainable choices
SI-KAD demonstrates sustainability in food choices. December 2009 - SI-KAD actively demonstrate Awareness, Advocacy and Action, to 2007-2011 objective "Mitigate the effects of climate change and integrate sustainability into personal choices and government policies and programmes" by ensuring that food served at SI-KAD functions has no red or white meat content.
