If you get a Sorry - no corresponding user was found message then a username with that email address does not exist in the system OR you are using the wrong username. Use the username specifically assigned to you. Also, only members who have an email address in our database have a user account set up. Please speak to your club officers and get them to lookup your details to check if there is an email address listed for you. If there is, then get them to confirm your username. Remember that the system is case sensitive so capital letters must be used where designated. If there is not an e-mail address listed for you, get them to email help desk with your details and an account will be set up.
