Dato Anusha Santhirasthipam

Anusha is a Corporate Strategist and Leadership Coach specialising in investor relations and international business mentoring. She has more than 30 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring Boards of Directors of more than 1,000 public listed companies.
Anusha concentrates on advising corporations and government-linked companies on corporate social responsibility, sustainable development practices and global issues management. Since 2011 she has been extensively involved in conflict resolution work including international relations and inter-Governmental policy negotiations at United Nations centres around the world in conjunction with UN Summits and Negotiation Meetings, working discreetly and confidentially with government agencies who seek her advice.
Anusha is an appointed panellist and spokesperson at forums organized by Asia-Europe Foundation and Japan Centre for International Exchange, ASEAN Consultative Council on Trade & Business, APEC Forum, ASEAN Business Summit and ASEAN-US Trade Dialogues and is a Justice Institute of British Columbia, Canada accredited International Mediator and Negotiator /Board Coach and Trainer.
Anusha has previously served as Director on the world Board of Soroptimist International and also as Soroptimist International Assistant Programme Director in charge of global advocacy and Soroptimist representatives at all UN centres worldwide. At Club level she has held many positions including President and Publicity Convenor within SI Petaling Jaya Club.
Suman Lata Lal

|Suman currently owns a family business engaged in General Medical Services. She studied and graduated with Civil Law and Special Education-Disabilities and was a Bank Officer Executive for 30 years. During her career in banking she was able to explore many aspects of business especially establishing rapport, marketing and conversion and risk management.
Suman has been a member of SI Sigatoka Club since 1995 and has held positions including Club Secretary, Treasurer and President. At a Region level she has held positions of President and Treasurer, Constitution, Public Relations, Extension and Training Convenor. She was associated with the SI Region of Fiji for 15 years continuously, ensuring smooth operation and continuity of the organisation.
Suman has held the position of Program of Service/UN Liaison at a Federation level and has been National Representative of Fiji twice.

|Nora is an Advocate & Solicitor, Malaysia - Barrister-at-Law Lincoln’s Inn, England- Trade Mark & Industrial Design Agent - Mediator Bar Council, Malaysia and is also on the Entrepreneur Committee of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers.
She has been a member of Soroptimist International of the South West Pacific since 2003 and has held positions including National Representative of Malaysia, President and Past Programme Convenor of SI Region of Malaysia, President of SI Johor Bahru and Environment Convenor of SI Bangsar.
Wendy May Logan

|Wendy is currently contracted to advise Early Childhood Centres on government legislative requirements, governance and management and maximising government funding. She sits on the Boards of two Early Childhood Centres and the Board of a non-government organisation that is a registered charitable Trust receiving government funding to work with the most at risk families in the region. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and was the CEO of a non-profit Kindergarten Association with a turnover of around $10m for 28 years.
Wendy has been a member of Soroptimist International of the South West Pacific for over 30 years and has been Club SI Nelson NZ, Chairperson, Treasurer for four years and Executive member for three x four year terms. She has also served as SI New Zealand South Region treasurer for four years, SISWP Federation Treasurer for four years and SI Finance Convenor for one year.

|Kath has been a Registered Nurse for 52 years working in all areas of health. She trained at the War Memorial Hospital in Sydney, graduating in 1970, and completed her Batchelor of Nursing in 1997. She obtained a graduate diploma in Stomal Therapy in 2000 and was nominated for nurse of the year in 1998, for the Shelley Simper award for excellence in 2006, and for the Australia Day award in Community Nursing in 2011.
Kath has been a member of SI Barossa Valley since 1995 and has held many positions at Club level including President, Region Delegate, Reporter/UN Liaison and President at Region level.
Veena Kiran Sharma
National Representative Fiji 2018-2020
SI Ba, Fiji
Veena is a Retired School Administrator and currently an Accountant and Tutor and owns a 25 acre farm from which she harvests around 700 tonnes of sugarcane. Her majors are Accounting, Economics and IT. She joined the Education Industry at the age of 25 and has served in various Colleges around Fiji for the last 30 years gaining a lot of experience during this time. Veena has also volunteered her time in raising funds for sporting facilities and school libraries with the help of business organisations around Fiji.
Veena joined SI Ba in 2012 and was Secretary of the Club for three years from 2012 to 2014. She was elected the President elect in 2014. In 2015 she took the position of President of SI Ba Club taking on a number of projects. One major project was” rebuilding homes rebuilding lives”. She was the ICT officer of Fiji Region in 2016 and was elected the President of Fiji Region in 2018.
Maria Sylva Hutagalung

Maria worked for several multinational companies before setting up her own Public Relations firm. Being in love with design, she gave up her PR firm and joined the design world launching her own lighting business providing lighting design and supply to high-end projects. Receiving several awards for some of her projects, she completed a Master’s Degree in lighting design in addition to her University Diploma in Civil Engineering and Master’s Degree in Business & Management, which she had previously achieved.
Maria joined SI Jakarta in 2010 and has held Club positions of President during which time she was running a women economic empowering project to end domestic violence and the position of Programme. In 2015 she was involved in the chartering of club SI Kemang and joined this club in the position of President Elect.
Joanne Elizabeth Fannin

|Joanne has worked a total of 20 years for the Southern District Health Board and the former Southland District Health Board within Executive/Personal Assistant and Board Secretary roles. She has also worked at New Zealand Post for 14 years, working her way up from Shorthand Typist to Account Executive, looking after all of New Zealand Post’s top clients across Southland.
Joanne has been a member of SI Invercargill since 1998 and has held Club positions including President, Secretary and Club Delegate.
Kylian Melissa Kenni-Naeman

SI Lae, Papua New Guinea
Kylian is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and currently manages a warehouse as Stores Manager, a role she has held for over 4 years.
She has been a member of SI Lae since 2007 and over the years has held positions including Club President, Treasurer, ICT Liaison Officer, Membership Training and Region Delegate. This is Kylian’s second biennium as National Representative of Papua New Guinea.
